Automatic recurring vouchers
Let entries that repeat every month — rent, salaries, instalments — create themselves on a schedule.
Some entries are the same every month: shop rent, staff salaries, a loan instalment. Auto vouchers (Administration → Setup → Auto Voucher) record those for you on a schedule, so a fixed monthly entry never gets forgotten or typed twice.
Set one up

Open Administration → Setup → Auto Voucher
Choose to add a new recurring voucher.

Define the voucher
Pick the voucher type, the accounts, and the amount — exactly as you would when entering it by hand.

Set the schedule
Tell it how often and on which day to create the voucher — for example, monthly on the first.

Save
When the day comes, the voucher is created for you and appears in the registers like any other.
You stay in control
Auto vouchers show up in your registers just like manual ones, so you can always review, edit, or remove what was created. Automation saves the typing, not the oversight.
