Signing in and recovering access
Sign in with your registered mobile number, reset a forgotten password, and switch between organisations.
Signing in
- 1
Enter your identifier
Use the mobile number (or login name) you registered with.
- 2
Enter your password
Passwords are case-sensitive.
- 3
Land on your Home page
You arrive on the dashboard of your organisation, with the pages your role allows.
Too many wrong attempts?
After several incorrect password attempts, sign-in for that account pauses for a short while to protect it. Wait the few minutes shown in the message and try again, or use Forgot password to reset.
Forgot your password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. A one-time code is sent by SMS to your registered mobile number; enter it, set a new password, and sign in again. For your safety, all existing sessions are signed out when the password changes.
No code received?
Check that the number you typed is the one registered to your account, wait for the resend timer, and try again. If you no longer control that number, ask one of your organisation's master users to update it.
Working in more than one organisation
If your account belongs to several organisations (for example, you keep books for two firms), use the profile menu in the top-right corner to switch. Everything you see — masters, transactions, reports — always belongs to the organisation you are currently in.
Why you might be turned away
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Blocked | An administrator has blocked your account. | Contact one of your organisation's master users. |
| Inactive | Your account exists but is switched off. | Ask an administrator to reactivate it. |
| No access to this page | Your role doesn't include that page. | Ask for the page under Access rights, or use another page. |
