Too many wrong attempts?
After several incorrect password attempts, sign-in for that account pauses for a short while to protect it. Wait the few minutes shown in the message and try again, or use Forgot password to reset.
Forgot your password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter the email address or mobile number you sign in with. When SMS is available, entering your mobile number gets you a 6-digit code by SMS; at all other times — and whenever you enter your email address — the code goes to the email address on your account. Enter the code, set a new password, and sign in again. For your safety, all existing sessions are signed out when the password changes, including anyone else using the same login, and a confirmation email is sent to the address on your account if it has one.
No code received?
An SMS code can take a minute or two — keep the page open, and wait a moment before using Resend code: pressing it repeatedly can stop your earlier codes from working. An emailed code may land in Spam, Promotions or Updates, so check those folders and mark the message not spam. Make sure you are using an email address or mobile number registered to your account. If one mobile number is used by more than one account, the SMS code resets the account that number signs in to — reset any other account with its email address instead. If you can't receive a code on either channel, ask one of your organisation's master users to update your contact details, or write to support@kaalchakra.net from any address with your firm's name and registered mobile number.
Working in more than one organisation
If your account belongs to several organisations (for example, you keep books for two firms), use the profile menu in the top-right corner to switch. Everything you see — masters, transactions, reports — always belongs to the organisation you are currently in.
Why you might be turned away

|---|---|---|
| Blocked | An administrator has blocked your account. | Contact one of your organisation's master users. |
| Inactive | Your account exists but is switched off. | Ask an administrator to reactivate it. |
| No access to this page | Your role doesn't include that page. | Ask for the page under Access rights, or use another page. |
