Create your organisation
Register your business, create the owner account, and get a workspace of your own.
Registration creates two things at once: your organisation (the workspace that holds all your business data) and the first master user (an owner account with full control). You only do this once per business — additional owners can be added later as extra master users from User Management.
Register step by step
- 1
Open the registration page
From the sign-in page, choose Create account.
- 2
Name your organisation
Enter your business name. The short organisation name must be unique across Kaalchakra — if it is taken, pick a variation. You can refine the public display name later from the Organisation page.
- 3
Add the owner's details
Your full name, mobile number, and a strong password. The mobile number becomes your sign-in identity, so use one you control.
- 4
Verify your phone (when asked)
You may receive a one-time code by SMS. Enter it to confirm the number belongs to you.
- 5
Finish and sign in
You land in a fresh workspace as the master user. Head to Administration → Organisation next to complete your business profile.
What a master user means
A master user owns the workspace: every page, every right, and the ability to create other users — including additional master users for co-owners or partners. Master accounts can never be edited, blocked, or deleted by anyone, so keep these credentials safe and create separate accounts for your team instead of sharing this one.
One organisation per business
All your branches' work, reports, and team access live inside one organisation. Don't create a second organisation for the same business unless you genuinely keep two separate sets of books.
