Exporting your data
Your data is yours. Every register and report exports to spreadsheets, and every document prints to PDF.
From registers
Every register has an Export action that downloads exactly what you're looking at: the current date range, active filters, and your chosen columns. Narrow first, then export — the file mirrors the screen, and totals are computed over the full filtered set.
From reports
Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, account ledgers, and the GST reports export to spreadsheet files designed for working papers — amounts are exported in full precision so your accountant's formulas tie to the rupee.
Documents as PDF
Any document's print preview can be saved as a PDF from your device's print dialog — handy for emailing an invoice or archiving a signed copy.
Exporting is a right
The Export column in the Access rights matrix controls who can download data. A user without Export on a page can still read it but won't see export actions there.
